If you've ever been in actual competitions, people loose. People face criticism. It's part of the whole "competition" thing lmao. People are allowed to have opinions, especially a judge haha. I, personally, liked the whole song/performance, but I will respect Howie's opinion as he is a judge. If your confidence or self-consciousness is being lowered due to performing poorly, these sorts of competitions aren't for you. My bad if I'm coming off a bit harsh, just tryna explain haha

@@c4tracha yes they got talent but it's also about performance and being in a "TALENT SHOW". most people tend to mix talent shows with concert and this is one of the prime example. Howie not knowing them is the key factor here! he judge them as a judge and not an audience. If you're going on an audition how would you want to start it? With ass in the judges face or maybe not acknowledge them? Seriously whoever came up with those moves should be fired! They're not in a concert or music video to do what they did.

I think they actually did pretty good, I wonder if their rejection was due to them Not being from the US. The song is original and catchy and I think they performed pretty well especially considering their nerves. I also feel that they took the rejection pretty well. It shows how mature they are.

Sometimes nerves can get the better of you and that’s understandable. They still did amazing considering how far they’ve gotten and all the smiles they caused. I get it, considering even when I’m singing in front of 10-15 people at my school I freeze up and get shaky, but they gave it their best shot, went through with the performance even though they thought that they could do better, and continue to improve. In my opinion, I don’t think they should’ve been buzzed. And don’t worry guys!

I think they did a pretty good job. You can tell Howie hitting the button really affected Leo and hurt him. I don’t think “the nerves pouring out of you” is a bad thing. It’s not like they were screwing up lines or anything. The song was good too.

And also they were on stage that’s some pressure and sure I don’t like the song as much as some of the other originals but this is honestly good-

I would love to see them on there again hopefully they can make it work and show they can do it because we all know they can but the judges don't know them so maybe again would be great to show what they can do.... Leo already has stage not fright but worry that noone will like it I guess insecurities so I know that hurt Leo alot

I have to say this was my favorite performance done by Bars and Melody. I didn't like them before, and coming into this video I assumed they would do terrible. i think repeating songs can have negative impact when it comes to talent shows like this just like what they did in bgt finals before they were kids and their audition song

Obviously the judges have their opinions and all, which I disagreed with here because I thought they performed phenomenally, but Howie hitting the red buzzer? I get it if you think it’s not winning material then say no after, but to buzz on a performance that’s not even bad in the middle is disrespectful.
