He is changing the world one poem at a time.
Getting really sick of idiots complaining that this isnt a talent. I'd like to see any one of them get up there and do it. This young man is amazing. People go see spoken word at smaller venues all the time so I don't see why it wouldnt work on a larger stage. I guarantee you the people that are complaining about this are those that just dont like hearing about the issues in our country right now and want to pretend like they dont exist.

@@ayeaye2110 I'm a fan of all the acts that are left with Alan Silva being my favorite. Next I have Brandon and Roberta. Next I would have Broken roots and Malik who should have went in over Archie. Archie could bounce back in the next round though. I really feel for what happened to him and even if he wasnt the best how could i get mad at him getting the money they the government should have paid him for losing 37 years of his life for no reason. Brandon is so amazing and what he is doing is so important right now. I'm just happy he made it this far. Broken roots did an excellent job on their U2 cover and that was really unexpected for me. If I have to go with the most captivating act though its Alan Silva. He is so unique and I could really see him in Vegas tearing it up. At the end of the day whoever delivers the best performance in the finals is who should win regardless of color or background.

@newtonfirefly3584

@@davidfino332 @Leigh Davis; Your advice is good about staying strong and without any self-blame. Also using the imagination of a hug from his father though distant currently, is very helpful, especially the more real the it can be imagined. As for the attitude, there are some improvements. We do not know the aspects which led to the separation or reason for lack of contact. We can choose Our attitude, not with arrogance [as shown in the poem presentation, or suggested], but an open accepting desire. Sometimes closing eyes speaking with Your father, while alone, as if he is in front of You, telling him how much You miss him, want him to have contact with You , miss his warm embrace, hug, etc.There can be amazing results, especially if You can imagine speaking from Your Soul to his Soul. have results with this in my own life with my children who were separated from me, without contact. Then, now have five of six, with one when We see each other, rarely, We can communicate, though have not yet had private time. It may take many days or weeks or months or more to achieve. Sincerely

i am at a loss of words to describe how Brandon makes me feel, he opens the doors to emotions that i never knew i had about situations that may not be mine but through him i can relate to. I am naive to success for poets, i don't know what success for a poet is, if its to reach people and expand their minds then Brandon is the best there is. I wish all the success for this man in whatever success means to him because he expanded my mind, my heart. Thank you.

Brandon is the kind of man that gives you a reason to keep on keeping on,, and to put your life's silent words on paper to become the spoken word to someone's heart, thus the reason why I have enjoyed writting since I was 14, and I am 58,and to listen to him shows me the reason why I still enjoy writting the spoken word, THAT YOUNG MAN WILL GIVE PEACE TO THOSE THAT HAVE NONE,STRENGTH TO THOSE THAT ARE WEEK,AND A HOPE TO THOSE WHOM THINK ALL IS LOST, HE IS AN AMAZING YOUNG MAN, NEVER GIVE UP,NEVER STOP SPEAKING THE SPOKEN WORD.
