His sounds like the 80’s 90’s and 2000’s that’s why I like his music. I missed those good old days when country music was good!

Im guessing he already has a big record deal signed pending if he goes to Vegas what he can perform and not perform and he had really no other choice to play this one or the other one! I've been watching these shows for 20 years. As it turns out the winner is tied into a contract that leaves them no leeway to do anything they want to do. So, he's better off. A guy who was about to win Canadian Idol asked his fans not to vote for him.

I think a lot of these finalists will go far in life. Despite he didn't win he will probably go further than any of the other people who were in the finals. He is charming, he has good looks, and he is a damn good singer.

Let's see, how many times have the girls won, this is their second win. Drake at least you can buy his cds, or listen to him on the radio. You don't have to buy a ticket if you choose not to. They won in their country, but Drake deserved the 1mil. And a pole dancer? Comeon.

@@thomaswschaller It was #1 on the iTunes digital sales chart the week he performed it on AGT. It did not hit #1 on the Billboard Country chart. I believe he can hit #1 on that chart - he needs promotion on Country Radio stations which will come.

He is definitely a winner...

I said this in a Facebook post, and I will say it on here as well. I've been all for Drake since the very beginning. What drew me to him was the fact that he went on the show and had his own band and was not backed by some horrible backing track like most of the singers on the show have. Drake is unique, he's original and he's got my vote as well as I've since purchased his music in support of him, when in reality I also pay to stream music per month as well. This guy has my vote all the way. Good luck, Drake!!!!!

Would like to see him and band with a medley in the music awards. Drake you are authentic. Reminds me of the passion like Keith Urban. Drake you are on that level !!!
