I am not entirely sure if this is purely scripted or not, but the singing talent I think that is the genuine part of this audition and that singing talent is definately not scripted
Good luck to her. If you look at the video of Doug Kiker when Ryan Seacrest takes him out to warm up, she is sitting there, then. A good find Ryan.
I misremembered this as being Just Sam. I rewatched Just Sam's audition and was like "I thought I remembered her begiging to get on." I was remembering her instead

You do have a good voice Courtney!!!!! You do indeed. I have to be honest though - I think it will be very hard for you to compete against the top 55 or so of talent - but - never impossible because you have potentially with the right songs a very good voice. I know you’re parents and family are proud of you as they should be. Please come back Courtney to idol I mean - you should try - maybe the judges will assign you a better partner this year you know - you do have a good voice - good luck and take life one day at a time.
