American Idol doesn’t need to promote her. They are gonna promote the one who is doing the most successful. Maddie isn’t doing as well after American idol as Gabby is.

J G Gabby is doing well! Look at the country charts and the overall charts on the iTunes Store and tell me where Gabby’s songs are at and she’s been opening up for big name artists! Overall Gabby will be 10x more successful then maddie and look at the KZread views of Gabby’s songs and Maddie’s songs!

because technically she was supposed to win and was the front runner all the way to the end but then when we got to the top 4 fans got upset that she was getting so much attention and especially the fact that she was with Cade, saying it was all for publicity...so they all decided on social media to vote for Maddie which is why Maddie won if not it would have been Gabby. It's not the first time in American Idol history in which the person that has been voted off has gone on to actually do even better then the winner, even superstar status Daughtry for example.

Sometimes losing is the best thing. She wouldn’t be where she is if she would of been locked in to the idol contract. Contestants can earn a ton from her. After idol get management this believed in you and work your ass off. That is what she did.

SHE WAS THE WINNER THAT YEAR...NO QUESTION. Anyone who listened to her knew then that she was going to go all the way. The vote was not based on singing that year..there were personality conflicts going on. You can't stop someone who is overloaded with talent though. She is getting what she earned and what she deserves now. We love you Gabby..and Cade !!

hold on cause I just watched a compilation of her American idol journey and I did not even know she was the artist behind this song I love I hope but I never really payed any mind to who it was by so her name just went right over my head and this was suggested after I had watched her journey this is amazing

Not winning Idol may actually turn out to be the best thing for her in the long run because she gets to do the kind of music SHE wants to do, and not what Idol would've wanted her to make for a first album. I believe that's why Chris Daughtry became as successful as he is for the same reason.

@@haleybossany8123 most celebrities are fake. Especially Katy perry. I wish they would get rid of her. And the other 2 judges while they're at it. But I was not a fan of hers last season. I thought her performances were super cringy, and just not that good. Little red wagon and don't stop believing were cringe fests. I also didn't like Maddie either. I felt she was a very underwhelming and undeserving winner. And she proved that during Disney week during her duet with her -brother- boyfriend, Caleb.
