Beautifully constructed lyric and flawlessly presented. Destined to become a classic. Something to watch out for, Lauren. Another fan noted that the judges were completely entranced. I'm not sure that it wasn't professional jealosy. They weren't quite sure of what to make of such excellence thus the somewhat underwhelming response. Yes Luke did opine 'great song' so the observation was present but thinking that they were all wishing the song was theirs. If you're not through to the top three something's not right, maybe even top one. All the best in every sense. JS

@@honeyhartmr I said she is not that good when she sang and people are saying she will be top 3?? I don't see her making top 12. I have no issue with age gap relationships but she does not need him, just looks like he is using her.

They’re playing 2 different parts, two guitars is always better than 1 if you’re gonna play this type of song. I agree though, I think she brought him for the attention.

Great singer, great voice, beautiful sweet Southern girl. Recognized her instantly from a couple of other shows she has been on from Nashville. BUT, she can certainly do much better than that "dork" of a boyfriend. At least one person in the music industry has already told her to "drop the dud" ! She certainly doesn't need him !

Pat Harnage I know it’s so easy to get on here and say mean things about situations and people you don’t understand, but calling my fiancé a dork and a dud certainly merits a response from me. He is the most respectable, talented, loving, caring individual I’ve ever met in my life. He is my soulmate, not a business partner, so no, I will not “drop” him. And that’s a lie, nobody has ever told me to “drop” him. Everyone who knows Shawn, especially in Nashville, has done nothing but sing his praises and has great respect for him. He is the love of my life and I am so blessed to be with such an amazing human being. And he certainly doesn’t go leaving people nasty comments online. We don’t even know you

Sometimes people are rude for unknown reasons, Lauren....pay no attention to them. I'm a 63 year old Saline Co. Arkansas boy myself...and remember when Shawn spent some time there. Also love what he's done in Bluegrass bringing back the memories of Flatt & Scruggs. He's a good guy for sure. Best of luck to you in your musical endeavors, as well as your and Shawn's future together!!

She was born with a gift.... Gods given gift. We all got to know people are going to be critics and but be so nice, but we forgive those who don't understand the word. God is good, God is love, God is peace.. being nice, loving, and caring is what we need to remember. This BEAUTIFUL girl has so much talent. She sings with such passion. Everyone needs to hear all her other songs. WOW mind blown... 🙌🙏
