It's annoying how being an original, highly skilled, virtuosic classically-trained genius means nothing to Simon unless he plays some hit pop song. Even playing one of the most famously difficult pieces in classical repertoire, Paganini Caprice 24, with double speed and his own insane spin, Simon calls his act boring!?! Marcin's performances on AGT were the best acts I've ever seen on the show. Marcin captured the hearts and inspired of people across the world. Any trained musician would see him instantly recognize his talent, which comes once in a lifetime. It is a shame he got voted out, but I will support him for decades to come.

Niestety Simon miał dużo racji. Jestem fanem Marcina, ale Marcin przegrał na własne życzenie. Zapomniał, że muzyka to przede wszystkim tworzenie piękna, a nie popisy umiejętności. Jego ostatnich występów trudno mi było słuchać, a mam wykształcenie muzyczne. Marcin jest utalentowany ale młody i ma gorącą głowę. Myślę, że to zrozumie i wyciągnie wnioski.

Totally disagree. You are talking about two different skill sets. Being a masterful musician and crafting a performance that takes an audience on a journey are two different things that don't always go hand in hand. The willingness to pull back a bit on some of the technical aspects and adapting it to something with broader familiarity to create something that people can connect with shows an incredible amount of maturity. He's already proven what he can do on the guitar, now he's showing that he has what it takes to push it to the next level.

No one will remember most of those who were competing with him at AGT 19. He is a talent that comes out once every 1000 years. He is undoubtedly a genius, a virtuoso, he should have won ..... but it is the least, he has won millions of fans with his virtuosity, his fresh style, and his immense talent. It will be eternal ..... he is only 18-19 years old, imagine when he is 20 years old what he can do with a guitar if he plays the way he plays with it, the way he does it and how difficult it is. Chapeau Marcin !!!

I would say: America has got a Polish / European talent.

I just didn't know a guitar could be played like this until Marcin appeared! Thanls God for him. The bold "judge" (I don't know his name and I don't care) said a very ignorant phrase that pretended to be a compliment to Marcin, and that many people liked and cheered "you murdered your guitar" but quite the contrary, he glorified the guitar by showing such incredible sounds I NEVER thought were possible with that instrument! May Marcin live many years and gift us with this ability that, like Pavarotti's voice, occurs only once in a hundred years!

Paganini caprice 24 was not boring Simon. You need to understand the brilliance of Marcin because he wanted to show the absolute complexities of his abilities. I really think even Marcin understood that the American crowd and the judges included won’t understand the masterpieces he was trying to pull off so he ended up with something of more appropriate taste for everyone. Hope he wins the show.

PREDICTION- people will be discovering, sharing and enjoying Marcin for decades to come. Can you say the same for any AGT winners or runners up? Few and fewer will be even a footnote in the history books, slightly more so within music commmunity but still unremarkable in honest appraisal.

This guy will be part of percussive acoustic history, an influence for many in the coming generation. Simon will be forgotten the second the show stops running.

He got jipped... this show isnt about talent anymore... it's about singers and a few good acts they find room for so they dont loose their entire fanbase. Once Simon took over, singers did too...

And his smile... you see he is just 'playing' it's fun for him and amazing to watch!

When I thought about tommy Emanuel and his passing away I thought. It's going to be soo sad .. No more beautiful music again. Then I heard about this kid. Tony Emanuel is his inspiration and his the new face of guitar 🔥👍🔥

Still salty that Detroit Youth Choir advanced to the finals, and Marcin Patrzalek didn't because of some musically ill-informed judges and voters. Easy to find 50 teenagers with decent voices and perform shoddy-at-best choreography. Impossible to find someone like Marcin, a revolutionary musician who invented a new genre with just a guitar. The man that the show didn't deserve, but desperately needed.
