Puddles specifically chose this cover to promote dog & cat adoption. Those of us that follow him know this, but unfortunately, his promotion was not included in this performance. A real shame because it would have shown his sincere effort to spread love & kindness. We fans get it & love him!!

i am reminded of pagliachi the clown, from the watchmen comics and other references. Its basically just a short joke about a depressed man who goes to see a shrink and the shrink says to him that the great clown pagliachi is in town, go see him,it should cheer you up. Man breaks down in tears and says "But doctor,i am pagliachi".

His stage presence is amazing.

I love how there's finally someone who shows all his pain not in the songs he sings but in his face and in his voice. A lot of people get up and sing these kinds of songs but don't have that raw emotion, they just sing because they like the songs.

I'm not a fan of her. As a judge she should let her own emotions get I the way when it comes to judging artistic talents. The pity party angle is part of the act. And quite frankly give him the best ability to give top knotch "John Wickesque" Nightcrawler Music at Assassin clubs. 🤔

He the most authentic singer I have heard in recent years.

His voice is so full of soul, I get tears every time I hear him.

I'm so much fighting with myself, depressed can't even cry, but puddle's voice travel into my heart and finally drop from my eyes come, I'm glad. I thought I don't have tears HE'S HAPPY being sad cz his voice activate silent pains inside the heart of the listener

Mike aka Puddles is from Atlanta, and he makes a point of doing shows here when he is home w his family, he is just like that. Not only a great entertainer but the most giving of people.

i can't even begin to explain how I connect so much with the whole act. i cry every time he sings.

Best gift you can ever give yourself is to go see Puddles in person! He is so amazingly talented! This man puts his heart and soul into every single performance. Never seen an artist who can never speak a single word and yet you totally understand him! Heidi wishes she had an eighth of the talent he has! At least Simon gets him, and Howie!

At 1:04 Puddles does the classic “portrait stance”. That pose is what artists and photographers crave. ...puddles is a great singer. He brings emotion to his songs like no one Can. I love it

Bawling my head off over here. I sang this impromptu to my 3 year old and he said, "Mom, don't do it" when I sang "I want to go where love is". Brings back a lot of memories. I love anything and everything Puddles sings. He sounds like a trained opera singer.

I love puddlessss, and he clearly he has changed, when he first came on in 2017, his first audition, was heartbreaking, he was amazing, but it was so clear the lyrics he was singing were directly from his heart, it was not an act, he mentioned his heart was broken, and i hate to think someone could have broken him so badly, through the years however, people accepted him for who he was, they accepted he was sad and loved him all the same, the pain he went through, i dont think that will ever go away, and neither will his sadness, but he's clealy more comfortable with himslef, the love and support he recieved throughout the years clealry helped him, and its clear to see on here. Not only that, puddles is not just a sad clown, he has been going around, singing, spreading messages of love and care, he in turn has helped so many. He is so much more than just a sad clown, theres more to his character, but his identity, as well as the heartbreak he went through will never change or go away, puddles is amazingg, its sad the judges couldnt see past his identity, and just saw the 'sad old clown', but puddles has true fans that understand him now.

This clown is GREAT! I have watched all of his performances. His beautiful simple pure white costume, his perfect pure makeup, his "everyman" full body, and his powerful clear voice!! He has all the pieces of a classic character..... PLUS! HIS VOICE IS AS BEAUTIFUL AND POWERFUL AS THE ONE AND ONLY..... TOM JONES!!!!

You know it's a jaw-dropping, heart-touching, absolutely phenomenal performance when Simon Cowell mouths the final words along with the perfomer.

In this world filled with so much sorrow we need puddles he fills the world with joy and wonder such a amazing talent with such a big heart long may he be in our lives

That's exactly what I got out of this performance! I thought to myself this would make an excellent TV commercial, showing homeless-sheltered dogs, abandoned or abused etc. How can the judges not understand this brilliant message behind his performance~? Sadly last time he was on, Heidi & Simon didn't care for him and this time? Alesha's not into him already! What a shame!

@@LV2UJC-FM Simon was into him the first time around, he was just a bit rude with the buzzer instead of waiting for the song to finish. His actually critique of the song choice, however, was not wrong. It was a poor choice of song for his voice and his weakest performance that season.

Like his voice is my alarm music and I wake up happy because of his voice

My family thinks i am crazy but ,but puddles is one if not the best vocals i have experienced in my life.

This man has a beautiful, strong voice full of emotion and is a great person as well you can tell

The man has much more talent than any judge on that show. He is quite frankly, awesome.

I love everything about puddles. He is a contradiction of everything. When people see a clown they expect them to be silly so they can laugh.
