Having legs doesn't change who a man is. We are either healthy or challenged, born or by circumstance, the way we are. This person has taken what was given to him and become an amazing inspiration and example for the world. Money for legs (I'm an amputee) would do nothing for a person who has lived a life without them, they would be a hindrance and most likely would never use them. Monies should be put toward those who have lost limbs due to military combat and support troops, illness, or accidents, these are the people who need the money to help purchase and maintain these EXTREMELY expensive devices.
