Seriously his vocal ability is a REAL gift from God. Adam was the only competitor on American idol that decimated my heart when he didn’t win. Seriously. SERIOUSLY

I cried too when he lost, but think about it... he wouldn't have been able to make the fabulous music he's been able to make since then. He would have had to stick to the regulations of his contract if he would have won and it would not have been NEARLY as good as all the great songs he's given us. Especially "For Your Entertainment"

Dang... easy on the eyes, that's understating it quite a bit!! Seriously, everyone deserves their own opinion. But myself, I think he's the hottest, most gorgeous dude on earth. But that's just me. Lol. But yes, he's got the most amazing voice also, effortless. Not many people can sound that great live ALL the time.

I love his American Idol performance because I imagine he wanted to put a huge twist on the song's opening and surprise people, which is what he did. All of these are great, but I gotta say I cant stand the rain is incredible. Just blows me away

But He was. Adam was in music theater and did Broadway musicals. And if you asked Adam he would agree what Simon said is true.. It's not an insult. And Simon recognized he was a great singer and voted him through.

I remember him saying that! My daughter and I cried when he lost... little did we know, it was for the best. I didn't watch Idol anymore after the year he was on because I knew there would never be anyone as good him.

Indeed! He exudes sexual energy, and has a voice like no other. Beyond comprehension for some critics but that is precisely why he is beloved by me and so many of us who appreciate real talent and showmanship. Love him to bits. He is fearless.
