To this day this is still one of the best performances on this show.
I love how he’s such a fiery performer but when offstage he’s just normal and displays great humility.👍🏽
This guy definitely knows how to instill fear in his fellow contestants. He's a beast on the stage.
If he doesn’t win American Idol, he should be cast as the next Avenger.

lots of vocal talent on Idol this year but this guy he's got STAR QUALITY.
OMG! OMG!!! My first time seeing him perform. OH MY GOD!!! He's already a superstar! That was amazing and he's so damn nice too! I love him!
I really enjoy the addition of Lionel Richie to the show, as he brings the seriousness of a father but yet gentle as a lamb! I know this was 2019, but that was a phenomenal performance, Uché!!!!! 🤩 You are a star! 🌟

UCHE OWNS IT. GOD BLESS HIS SWEET SOFT HEART !!!! I replay this video a hundred times at least. I just wish it lasted longer! Same with his next performance. I've played them over and over and over again. I just love him.

I've seen better artistry of original songs played. But I honestly don't think I have witnessed a better performance than this. I haven't seen all of them through the years, but he NAILED this one!!!!!!! Just went up there, and gave a show! Vocals and having a blast, what moves were going to work and how long to hold each move....superb!
