That's highly unlikely. Her family is always there and keeps her grounded. Note that they never forced her to do something that she didn't want to do. Everything that she currently does is because she wanted to do it.

The child stars who grow into well rounded successful adults (whether they stay in show business or not) are the ones with families that encourage and support all their children but the "star" is NOT the star of the family. Their world does not revolve around their child. Yes, they accommodate the schedule but still balance it with family activities. They don't need that child to support them, they support the child. I wouldn't be surprised if they put a lot more than the 15% of her earnings required by law into a trust for her.

With somebody that talented, I can only state two things. 1. It is great that she had the possibility to try out more things early on, as I learned from this video. 2. She had support from her family and really is *that* good. In conclusion, I wish her and her family, who always supported her, only the best to come.

She is young, beautiful, extremely talented and a genuinely nice young lady. Can we help keep her that way? I hope so.

Darci Lynne is a multitalented young lady she (sing, ventriloquist, puppeteer, voice actress, actress, comedian, song writer, script writer, television personality) Darci Lynne said once in an interview she'll continue to perform ventriloquism as she branches out in other aspect of the entertainment industry, fans of Darci Lynne should encourage her and support her in every aspect of her career as entertainer.

As a huge fan of Darci's I very much appreciate your comments. I have so much respect for her in what she has already accomplished during her childhood and teenage years, and I plan on supporting her in whatever she decides to do in the future. She will no doubt be successful as a singer/songwriter as she has announced the start of her career in that aspect. I hope that she was being candid about performing with the puppets in the future because it's my favorite thing she does as she adds hilarious comedy to her acts. I'll always be more impressed with her singing with her mouth closed than the traditional way. That being said, she has a beautiful voice that reminds me of a young Celine Dion.

What a wonderful young lady! I always knew that there was so much more to her than just singing and ventriloquism. What I love the most is how encouraging and protective her family is of her. For example, the fact that her mother didn't force her to go out and perform for the pageant when she was so nervous and upset, shows that her mother is not a typical show mom. God bless you sweetheart and your family

I NEVER liked or appreciated ventriloquism, but DARCI LYNNE is so EXCEPTIONAL, that I scrolled back and watched every one of her performances! I still dislike ventriloquism, but GENIUS always gets and holds my attention! DARCI LYNNE, as biased as I am, I'd VOTE FOR YOU to win AGT! You deserve a long and fruitful career. Btw, I've gone to one of her shows and I was expecting it not to sound that great in person and I was in shock that she sounded so great, alone and with the ventriloquism.

I fell in love with “lamb chops” the hand puppet of Sherry Lewis! She was on The Ed Sullivan Show and then later had her own show. I’ve really enjoyed watching Darci. She is sooo talented! ✨✨✨

Probably most people would not know Sherry Lewis but she had her own show so if you know Lamb chops then you most likely know JP Patches, wanda wanda stan the man with snow mo and the second dog but don’t remember it’s name

As a father and grandfather of 19 grand children? Never say no to your children/s dreams. I only had a mom after 7 years and a deadbeat farher who abandoned us. Well my mom always told me keep my head outta the clouds, never encouraged. I joined the Army at 17 married to a 19 year old wife, raised 7 to adults and proudly encouraged all of them. Almost 60 now and love spoiling my grandchildren.

I am so impressed with Darci after watching this video! Even more than I was when I first saw her compete on AGT! Back when she was that little girl with that HUGE talent! I didn’t know how talented she REALLY was. An accomplished gymnast too!?! WHAT??? I am blown away! I can’t wait to watch Darci mature into ‘who knows what’? Maybe the first female President of the United States! It could happen! I’m convinced!

Felt bad when she mentioned some of the best years happening in high school..which she missed out on. Glad she followed that up with "I wouldn't go back for the world." You see people like her that are so sweet and good-hearted, but fame can bring regret and resentment along with it for some. I just hope life brings her all of what she wants and that nothing changes her...the world needs more good people like her in it.
