You’re being honest here. I was caught in the nursing home system for 8 years, and I grew angry and bitter. If I cried in the nursing home, they tried to put me on an anti-depressant. I was already on 2 medications for schizophrenia. Trouble was, I didn’t have schizophrenia. They gave me diseases I was never diagnosed with. When I left, I was on meds that were making me very sick. Why? I reported them to the State. I had to be punished. Now I am in a senior apartment. Praise God! But I cry. All the sorrow I witnessed and experienced in the nursing homes is being expressed and released in this quiet, friendly place.

People that hold in their all of them anguish anger unforgiveness resentment all the things that come out noise is because we're not dealing with, and or the focus we need to deal with any of our problems. The pain that you might be feeling might be from somebody who wounded you long time ago and all of a sudden it's coming out in another way it builds up resentment anger lack of trust no love there's many different things and even sin causes in our bodies everything comes in your body by what you let in through your taste touch sounds like and smell if you hear something that's bad and you don't want to hear it but they say it to you anyway then that's something to your senses that comes in you see something you're not supposed to be seeing or something that's really bad then you want to take that and it goes right into your memory taste touch sounds like and smell all is stored in your memory. And in order to heal you have to go back to the place where that person or persons have wounded you beg for the gift of forgiveness from God's You Can Let It Go the forgiveness is more for ourselves rather than the other people yes we may be holding a grudge against that person but if they live in a life where they don't care about anything anymore then the only person is really hurting is you forgiveness is key in every area of your life. You must go and forgive regularly throughout the day and give you a day to God at the end of the day or throughout the day it's called The Prayer of recollection you go all the way to the beginning of your day you ask your guardian angels bring me to the beginning of my day and all the way to the end of the day and if any altercations happens throughout that time you give it to God and ask him for the gift of forgiveness for that person or persons and or even for yourself when you made a bad choice then you do an act of contrition look it up online it's right there Catholic act of contrition so you sorry to God and to all the people you may have heard beg for the gift of forgiveness Let It Go start your day again tomorrow new and fresh. That's how you don't care yesterday's problems into the next day so you can stop fresh and a new.
