It was such a pleasure to meet Andra Day!!! She is truly a down to earth, genuine, loving (beautiful) person, with lots of good energy!!!! “Thank You” for writing a song that means so much to sooo many and for sharing this moment with Shayy!!! Thanks American Idol for making it happen!!! Shayy’s audition purpose was to inspire people and I believe she definitely accomplished that!!!!

SHAYY SHOULD HAVE MADE IT TO AT LEAST THE FINALE 3. I wouldn't have had a problem seeing her win it. LOVE HER. SHE HAS A VOICE OF AN ANGEL

All I have to say is "WOW"!!! Shayy has to be signed. She is an amazing singer. I really don't like pop, but I've liked it when she is singing it.

Their voices really complimented each other's. Shay is just another example of the incredible level of talent that were part of this year's AI. Sooo many great singers that didn't even advance to the final 14. Any one of them could have won the competition if they were given different opportunities....

David Hill omg stop. Just stop being jealous. Slime deserved it. I'm sorry but just because you're blind doesn't mean that you deserve to get top 10 in a TALENT competition. She belongs in a good church style choir somewhere. She sings like an average black church choir lady and don't you dare call me racist bc I'm not and that's not fucking racist. American Idol is a talent competition not a pity party.

Tay I liked his energy, but he's a performer. Not a singer. I found him and his voice annoying, but he def wasn't the worst one on the show. He definitely didn't deserve top 5 though. My perfect top 5 would be Alejandro, Colby Swift, Ashley Hess, Riley Thompson and Clay Page.
