That's what you get when the performer is already groomed by being signed to a label ( BBR Music Group)and playing Elvis on the tv show(Sun Records).Even though he is good,I think its unfair to all the other contestants having a pro in the competition

@@countrymusicexplosion9974 I disagree with you. If his past accolades were an issue, the producers and the judges would have NEVER invited him to compete. He is fantastic, and the best talent this show has seen in quite a long time. He will be hard to follow in the coming seasons. Win or lose AGT, he will be a star.

Totally agree!! I really love the official videos of Drake's songs, but they don't really feature his band as well. I much prefer the vibe when the whole band is shown. They really look like they're having fun with each other and the happiness is contagious.

Perhaps it’s because Drake Miller has complete creative control over the rights to the songs, etc. I’m sure he has contracted in the guys who are performing with him for quality control, etc., however he is not taking input from those members. If he’s a singer/ songwriter, he’s probably written tons of songs for other artists to perform so he can eat while he’s working on his own materials. There’s a reason his songs sound “radio ready”, he’s most likely already created a hit or 2 that another artist is singing.

OMG, this man is already a star - real deal like Simon did say. After such an amazing audition, most artists failed to evolve, but Drake and his band did it even better with another original song. Just wow!! Hope he or the Brown Brothers wins ❤️

WOW! What a performance. I'm 75 years old & Drake & his band make me want to get up & dance all night. The Elvis touch is perfect & this group is going to win for sure!

Drake and his band put on a very polished act. Fans will be pleased to know that his record company in Nashville is releasing his album the day after AGT finale.

These gents have got everything going for them.. voices, looks and great lyrics. Definitely will be following these guys. Well done Drake!

I have friends who supposedly dont like country music either but love every song I play. Country music is by far the best genre going right now. A little bit of everything. Check out Jimmie Allen "Down Home", Luke Combs "Must've never met you", Thomas Rhett "Die a happy man" and Cole Swindell's new video out today for "She had me at Heads Carolina". Just a few to start with on KZread.

Wether he wins AGT or not, I think he’s gonna be a country star. No chance a record label doesn’t want to sign him already. Before his audition he was already releasing country songs that are so good.

Best band in my humble opinion. I'm a huge Drake Milligan fan since discovering him here. What an amazingly, talented musician! Wow! Hope he wins!😃

WTH, Drake has had a record deal for the last year. It is taking AGT to give him the exposure he deserves. This song and four others put out on an EP a year ago. What is his record label waiting for? All 5 songs I heard on the EP are hits. C'mon, promote this guy. Great boost for country. Many that don't really listen to country love his music already from being on this show including the judges.

He wasn’t well known before AGT. After his audition and last night everyone knows his name. His album is #3 on iTunes and has the #2 country song on iTunes (#1 is Olivia Newton-John). AGT helped launched his career. If Drake doesn’t win he’s gonna be performing at the Grand Ole Opry.

@@matt13r1 Totally agree with you. I was just emphasizing how poorly his record company has done for him thus far. Seen this many times, bad recording deals and promotion after getting signed. AGT was the right move. Drake needed something to promote him unlike his record company that has him proudly posted with about 2 dozen other artists in which most are no big names.

@@matt13r1 He did acting in 2017 for Sun Records, in 2018 he was on American Idol. He left due to him feeling he wasn't ready yet. 2018-2019 he moved to Nashville and worked on his music up to 2020. At first around the end of 2020 beginning of 2021 he failed to get signed to BMM it wasn't till 6 months later that he got signed. He was quite known by many, but AGT really promoted him to the whole world instead of just a country.

He’s getting ready to win this whole show 💪 one more performance like this and he’s got it

Love this youtube video, get's my day started, like the way Drake turned and waved his arm at his band at the end of the song giving them credit, also the way he touches his upper chest as a sign of thank you when he gets compliments from the judges, so humble.

The best! Another great song, I just love him. And his bandmates are so good.

The performance was amazing and engaging. Even the name Drake Milligan sounds like a country star name. I don't know if he'll win but I envision him going to the finals, especially with this song already charting.

The whole group has success written all over it. There's not a lot to work on, just give them some exposure and watch them soar! Great band!

He is the next big thing for country music. He is going to be famous after all of this is over.

Already has had one for over a year. This show is giving him the exposure he needs. Obviously, the record label hasn't done much for him this past year. He has an EP out with 5 songs. All excellent. This is one of them.

I tell ya this guy is going to win more awards than any current country act.

This guy got me watching AGT again, so there you go...He's got the "IT" factor, he is the new country Romeo. Phenomenal songwriter!!

I have to say this. I'm not a huge country fan, but this is one of the best groups of AGT this year. I think he's better than the group golden buzzer Chapel Heart. The performance was just vibin. Guitars and band was in sync and everyone was on point. I would buy this song when it releases.

They probably stand more a chance of getting a deal than they do on the idol. That's why I don't like about some of these shows especially like the voice you never hear hardly anybody come out of the voice and do anything and get the help they need to move on with your careers very very few. AGT and bgt they produce some pretty world class performers that have won on these shows and gone on to great things
