Nah, his face said "not a shabby goal, let's see if you have what it takes", and then she said she wanted to attend Juilard he just nodded like "that would be good too". I might be wrong but i honestly think his predjudices has been challanged so many times through this show that he has more of that "let's see what you got" mentality. But who knows. Someone should ask how he approaches the auditions.
