They were very focused, bc he went flat several times n were waiting for him to get back on the pitch, but all of them showed up through their reactions the fact they were blown away: 1:10, 1:30, 2:18, 2:37, 3:07

@@jdkonline1 I've also seen them stand up for not even half as gifted ppl as him, maybe they were lazy or too tired since it was the last audition of the day, Idk, it's not always about who the judges stand for in the auditions. I've watched Jeremiah's journey n I don't remember any stage aside from the audition when he wasn't given a standing ovation from the judges

I think people often copy each other in behavior or mood , as this man seems to be an polite, educated, introvert and down to earth man. I think their just adjust their reaction to his level. That`s the power he has! He got full respect from the jury.

What a mistake the judges made. They never picked him to go on to the finals. He is heaven. Was sooooo upset they left out this TALENTED young man.

My mouth dropped the first time I heard it.

I felt him...I love when vocalists can elicit a deep emotional reaction in their audience. I'm blown away. The emotional factor is strong with this one.

HOW COULD THE JUDGES NOT USE THE ONLY SAVE THEY HAD ON HIM. THEY FREAKING USED IT ON LACY. LACY DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING ON JEREMIAH. PERIOD

I haven't seen the season that featured Jeremiah but he's probably better off without the enslaving contract that comes with the Idol concept. Most contestants end up working their asses off without really earning any artistic freedom, right to be original or decent money for that matter. It may be a fast track into the industry but it is also a bit of a dead end street.

God bless you Jeremiah. There’s definitely a place in heaven for an angel like you.

His voice gave me goosebumps and chills down my spine. The story behind it brught tears into my eyes. Katy is right, he truly is a serious musician. I can't wait to see more of him.

I love how hypnotized the three judges were. I don’t think they quite understood how to critique his audition, it was just to clean and good, like this guy don’t even need us.

I always come back to this...so moving, so powerful, so pure ❤

One of THE best auditions if not the best. So honest and moving song.

imagine being young and gay. and imagine being so true a believer that you follow your religion, whole-heartedly, a religion that hates you. and all you do is stay kind humble and true to your lord and savior, praying and hoping that god may find it fit for you, his loyal gay servant, to join him in paradise when you pass from this life to eternity - even though you're constantly told that people like you will burn forever. jeremiah, singing his song, is one of the greatest, sweetest, and at the same time most heartbreaking moments i encountered on this show. it's an example of how religion can be wrong. and if any part of it is wrong, how can you ever be certain that any of it is right?

I was expecting that Jeremiah and Alejandro will be battling for the final 2 but when Jeremiah got eliminated and Alejandro not winning the final round, I realized that both of them will rise on their own because of their artistry.

aside from being an amazing talent, he is adorable and with such a great demeanor .

He really is adorable. He has lots of charisma and a beautiful voice. In my opinion he has been the most consistent of all the contestants.

As a wannabe musician I was enamored and pulling for Alejandro, But looking back and rewatching this, Jeremiah had every right to win, he's an amazing song writer, has a one of a kind tone and has range for days.

Jeremiah had to wait a long time for this opportunity after so many painful years. I am so glad he has a wonderful man in his life who loves him and encourages him to sing his heart out. Music is the food of love and I feel so blessed to look and listen to Jeremiah performing the songs with so much expression from his heart. I know this journey to a new life would be amazingly wonderful. He is a decoration and true asset on this planet and I hope his parents and family would now see the light that God reflects through him.

This audition and the judge's words moved me to tears.

Mind boggling good. This kid is incredibly talented. I think it gets a little surreal for the judges when a contestant is as talented as they are or more. I think all three judges are very talented but I’d rather listen to him. I’ve already seen a few of his other videos. He’s for real. I just hope that he doesn’t become another extremely talented amateur who doesn’t get their break in a brutal industry. That would be heartbreaking for him and those of us who love and appreciate his talent
