Nikki hasn't lost a step that was a beautiful suplex! performing a suplex in general isn't easy but not only did she perform a perfect suplex she did it while in jello!

This is definitely a good example of just have fun, win or lose. Love it.

Not to mention that in order to execute any halfway decent suplex, the suplex giver needs the cooperation of the suplex taker... usually in the form of jumping to help initiate the slam. This undoubtedly means the girl Nikki suplexed had some wrestling training in order to realize how to execute the move or it was rehearsed prior to the show with Nikki giving the instructions on how to safely execute the move.
