Simon has a good heart. I always liked him the most because he honest and he takes his job seriously. He’s in that seat for one reason -to find talent even at the expense of breaking a few hearts along the way. Without him on the panel it wouldn’t be the same.

it's so emotional to see Simon help the guy become a star... they were all happy for him after he did justice to the song.💯

Simon knows what he’s doing, his talent and years of experience really help these auditions.

I never liked Simon every time he stopped someone from singing, but they did sound better once they could get going again.They would get nervous. I really think Simon did get better after his son was born. I guess he is married to his son's Mother now, which is good.

@@shelbyjennings7052 He doesn’t look good. But he did have an accident, so could still be on the mend & working towards getting back theway he was prior. He’s def better since becoming a dad. Glad he finally settled down. I don’t watch the show anymore. Just catch some here.

Tears welled up in my eyes watching this young man sing. Then, when he dropped the lyric sheet tears flowed to his beautiful voice. I hope everything good for him and his singing career!

If anybody gets by Simon that doesn't have talent, it has to be he feels sorry for them. Some songs I just don't like, it's me not the singers. The only songs that I mostly listened too, is Gospel songs.. I started watching Briton got Talent. Susan Boyle was the first. I Dreamed a Dream.

You don’t have a bank like Simon does not knowing music and if you are fragile stay the hell out music professionally, save yourself the pain. Music is a non-violent version of BUDS hell week, for years. Starving, begging, poverty, disappointment, constantly practicing, studying, learning, for that few hours of stage time. If you have a family, don’t even think about a career. Wrong order. Career, then family….maybe. On top of it all is Luck, fate, and timing

It’s actually a great moment if Simon stops a singer , cause he hears something in your voice that can be better than what you’re singing . The man knows music and has a golden ear , I believe he can hear things in a singer most can’t.

I've always liked Simon for this very reason. People insult him, etc but he's an expert and knows how to pick who has talent and who doesn't within a few seconds.

It's nice that Simon was so invested in this kid and believed in him so much

How wonderful that Simon has this ability to understand music and the people whom he judges!!

Simon really rolled the dice there and it worked out but geezzz I felt for the kid! Good to see all the smiles in the end!

Simon knows what he is talking about. He has made . And given many successfull acts the chance they needed and he is behind most of the talent shows today. Listen to what he says and give him attitude and respect him for who he is and what he has done and is continuing to try and do. He has created a medium so people have their chance and he can make it happen.

I found nothing wrong with his first song...but damn it Simon was right...he knocked the second one out of the park but let's be real ..the kid has an AMAZING GIFT

Yes! When Simon explains, “I just think it’s worth pushing you a little bit more, and may give you the moment that I think you MAY deserve.” He did not have to do that, but did. Simon wasn’t being condescending, he was giving this young man the opportunity to showcase his talent with a better suited song. In all actuality, he did him a favor. He could’ve said ‘no’ and called it a day, but didn’t. Most ppl think that Simon is a real a@@hole, and he may very well be at times, but Simon’s credentials proves that he knows music and everything about it. Yes, sometimes he may be too harsh for some ppl to actually call it constructive criticism, but it’s the name of the game with singers or artists. Singers are a dime a dozen, but at least Simon heard something is the boy and gave him the chance. Can you imagine how many ppl Simon has heard sing, on and off of all of these shows he does too? Again, he gave him a 2nd+ chance and ppl are still hating on him. I’m confused.

It must be intimidating, embarrassing and soul crushing to be stopped in the middle of a dream audition. However..I've never seen it happen where it didn't hugely benefit the performer. Simon is a music genius. the GOAT.

That song really suited his voice! Brandon has a very unique voice. Simon knew what to do to showcase his voice. Once he had the lyrics in front of him he could focus on his vocals. It is hard for me to learn a song that quick without the words in front of me because I have a learning disability and can only sing by ear.

Simon comes across harsh because he’s honest and straight forward. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything. You either have it or you don’t and Simon knows that. Some people have talent and need to polish their skills. Some people have both. Either way, Simon knows what it takes to bring the best out of all of them. Not everyone can sing that song, but Simon was spot on. That song was made for his type of voice. Bravo! And well done by this young man. Beautiful voice!!

This Woman's Work... My son and I once agreed that no one can match Maxwell's 🎶 on most of his songs, but this guy did this song justice.👍👏👏👏👏

Simon is the real deal

Sometimes, Simon is about giving an extraordinary talent their chance to shine just enough to get them the foot in the door... the performance tape they need to get the job. In this case the kid was sight singing, an extraordinary talent. But Simon was willing to pull him along into that final performance. Voices like his are a quid a dozen. Much more than a dime, but there are more than you think. Good luck to him.
