literally simon is always the person to go over the top and wants more from the artists thats why people should know about simon cowell he is a genius cause he wants to see many artists come out to life and bring out full potential

Whenever Simon stops a song and ask the singer to pick another one, just know that it's going to be fire. Simon won't have given a second chance if he thinks he isn't good. He just knows talent and recognises it. I don't think the first song is that bad but Simon was right, the song about her dad shows do much more of her personality and talent.

She is great , her voice and such a awesome writing ... i think Simon was a little hard because she was doing great .. one both the first and second song ..but i see why he did it because he himself could see that she had more , more special songs in herself to share .. i too could see that she had something more special.. she is beautiful and a blessing full of music in so many ways .. i pray and hope this young 12 year old lady goes to the top and wins and goes much further, she deserves it all .. you dont find too many with beauty and a voice like that and with so many talents , plus parents that are so proud and standing by her side the whole way ... A lot of times talent shows contact people first and ask them if they want to audition, so i am wondering if they already knew she had that song. It's on her channel from eyars ago.

She would then come back with a song she wrote for her dad, and bring the audience to tears

What Simon did there was actually very intelligent, he knows when someone has a great voice but sings the wrong song. As in this case. Ashleys performance was flat out incredible, and very emotional. She never would have getting so much emotion out of the audience with one of her first 2 songs. Thats why Simon did that, he knew she is gonna be great with a fitting song.

After the 2nd song, she sings a song that she wrote called You’ll Always Be My Hero, which she wrote for her father

Because the songs showcase her talent ...the ones she first sang. She was robotic and not adding herself or her great signature to it. Whereas the last song showcased her songwriting AND her signature voice

And he does it again. 😂 why is he stopping her. He topped it up and did it 3 times now. I still think its range and to see her do different songs and also get her to sing the last one and everything but simonnn. He gets me all the time he does that. Agreed with you. I thought she was amazing.I love her and she did amazing too in all of them. Atleast we got to hear her 3 times. But that last song though 😭😭 It got me. I love your reaction.

I think Simon was in the right. With how many young talented singers there are and how large the music industry is I can see that he really wants to see if there is a long history for her and hearing her heart come through her voice in her own song gives you a really good idea into who she is and what her range is. I would love to hear more from her. I think it was the right decision.

He made her sing over and over because she sounded karaoke, no feeling, just singing, bland if you will. You hear the difference in HER song because she's feeling HER feelings, not someone else's. A song for daddy. Simon basically knew there was more inside her and he was right. He wasn't being rude by any means. People tend to forget that he's made people famous.

The so-called insult was the truth, by the third bar you could tell karaoke. good but still karaoke.

Did not care for the girl commenting on how the contestant was doing. Trying to listen to the young ladies song and her comments.
